• Valves are offered in single, two as well as three piece construction based on customers requirement.
• Our valves are designed to have minimal pressure drop & keep the flow rate high as the full port diameter remains same through the length of the valve.
• We provide a ISO 5211 direct mounting pad on top of the valve such that the actuator can be directly mounted on to the valve.
• We provide square stems for ease of actuator mounting without the need to use any coupler arrangement.
• All our Valves have Blow-Out Proof Stem Design which will prevent the stem from being pushed out due to the pressure inside the valve.
• The Stem is sealed with the help of stem packing which is compressed using a Gland Flange. Due to this arrangement tightening of stem packing is possible with the help of Gland Flange when the valve is under operation with the need to remove the lever / gear operator or actuator from the assembly.
• The two piece Ball Valve can be locked with the help of pad lock in fully open or closed position.
• The Balls have smooth mirror finish for tight sealing & obtaining lower operating torques.
• The two piece valves have a Fire -Safe feature, which means that when the PTFE seat melts, the ball tightly butts with the metal seat which controls any leakage.
• We have designed our seats with fine slots which are used for relieving pressure and also helps to prevent seat damage during closed position at high temperature.
• Our Cast Iron & Carbon Steel Valves are CED Coated for better corrosive resistance & long lasting life.
